What areas of Texas do you serve?+
We're based in Pearland and serve the greater Houston metro — Cypress, The Woodlands, Katy, Sugar Land, Richmond, Missouri City, League City, Friendswood, Conroe, Spring, Baytown, Stafford, and Pasadena. If you're nearby, ask — we probably cover you.
How much does a new deck or fence cost?+
Every project is priced from an on-site visit, so we can factor in soil, grade, materials, and finish level honestly. For rough planning: cedar privacy fences typically start around $30–$45 per linear foot installed, and composite decks typically start around $65–$110 per square foot depending on materials and elevation.
Do you pull permits?+
Yes — permits for decks are almost always required, and we handle the full permit process as part of every job. Most residential fences don't require a city permit, though HOA approval is often needed. We prep those packages for you.
Are you licensed and insured?+
Yes. We carry full general liability and workers' compensation coverage. Certificates of insurance are provided on request for HOAs, insurance claims, or commercial contracts.
How long does a typical project take?+
Small repairs are usually done in a single visit. Full fence replacements run 2–4 days. New decks run 5–12 working days. Complete outdoor living builds run 4–10 weeks.
What warranty do you offer?+
Every project comes with a written workmanship warranty on top of the manufacturer's material warranty. Composite decks carry warranties up to 25+ years from the manufacturer.
Do you offer financing?+
Yes — we partner with financing providers for qualified homeowners on larger projects. Ask during your on-site quote for current rates and options.
Can I get a quote from photos and measurements?+
For simple repairs, sometimes yes — send photos through our quote form. For new builds we insist on an on-site visit to check soil, grade, and layout in person. It's free and takes about 30 minutes.
